Inquire

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026.

This policy explains what Jay Kitamura (“we”) collects on jaykitamura.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the organization, show or outlet and dates you mention, and what you write.

Automatically: your IP address, browser type, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags on the link you arrived through. We use these to understand what brings people here and to block spam.

Advertising: we use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads bring people here and when someone sends an inquiry. Meta receives your browser and device details and those moments. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or your browser's privacy settings.

Links to Amazon, Audible, Lockbreaker and Break the Locks take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

What we do with it

We use your inquiry to reply to you and to plan the work you asked about. We do not add you to an email list from the form, we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while they are useful for the conversation they started. You can ask us to delete anything at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a note through the inquiry form and choose “Something else”.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on a secured server. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Age

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
